Deflection. I would say a lot of stuff is churning under the surface at the FBI and his complicity on the dossier mess WAS being tamped down because of his diagnosis. He may have learned that is passe after his recalcitrance on the votes and his constant attempts to degenerate the President, erog, Trump’s responses.
