The black community also has, compared to whites, a relative surplus of gangs: habitual, even violent, criminals who not only prey on their neighbors making their lives as much a hell as they can but recruit their kids into frequently shorter lives of crime as well.
(They are not the first group to have such an issue either)
That has quite a lot to do with the persistence of any gap in income for it keeps whole communities blighted.
You have a hard enough time building generational wealth when outsiders loot / burn down your neighborhood, never mind when your own NEIGHBORS loot / burn down your neighborhood.
So it’s entirely self inflicted, correct? 80% divorce rate, 7% of population commits 55% of violent crimes, etc.
