Why is the FBI stonewalling congressional subpoenas on the Fusion GPS ‘Trump Dossier’?
American Thinker ^ | 10/7/17 | Thomas Lifson

Could the story behind the “Trump dossier” be the Rosetta Stone of Russian manipulation of our electoral process in 2016? There is a strong and justifiable suspicion that the dossier was the critical bit of evidence that persuaded the FISA Court to reverse itself and permit monitoring of American associates of Donald Trump. The dossier was originally begun as an opposition research project for Republican rivals of Trump, then funded by Democrats, and allegedly, finally funded by the FBI. We already know that some of the wild accusations in it were demonstrably false.

The House Intelligence Committee long has been looking into allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, and so far has come up with nothing. As in zero specific evidence. This was admitted by no less than Rep. Jackie Spier, a veteran Democrat member of the House of Representatives,

It is obviously worth investigating, then, how that dossier came to be created in the first place, and how it was used by various organs of the United States Government, if there is interest in getting to the truth behind Russia’s attempts to affect our elections. Yet, the FBI is refusing to hand over documents that have been subpoenaed by the House.

“...it uncovers the conspiracy to take down Trump...”

You nailed it. The Mueller investigation exists to keep any evidence of the GOPe wrongdoing from seeing the light of day

> “Why is the FBI stonewalling congressional subpoenas on the Fusion GPS ‘Trump Dossier’?”

Dirty Cop McCabe was ordered to buy the fake dossier for a large sum of money. Bought it from an MI5 lowlife dummy named Steele who was so incompetent that he was let go from MI5 and joined a security firm in London. Steele’s competency level is that of a midgrade private security trainee. McCabe is not much higher in the IQ area.

McCabe was brought in through JTTF in January 2016 as #2 at FBI to sit on the Hillary email investigation. He was grossly incompetent for the position but he could be controlled which is why he was installed. Kind of like an Obama echo.

The JTTF is corrupt. They were used by Obama people to build what Obama said would be the domestic army every bit as big as the US Military. Numbers of persons estimate the Obama force at 300,000+.

The fake dossier was a lame attempt to manufacture false evidence against Trump. McCabe failed to score because the fraud work is so amateurish.

Dirty McCabe is not too bright which is why he is a tool for the Obama-Clinton camp. He’s crude and dumb. He could never make it as a regular FBI agent. The reason he rose through the ranks of the FBI is that it was taken over at FBI HQ by the newly formed JTTF comprised of CIA retreads who have no moral compass. Dummy McCabe was useful to order others to carry out political espionage and to sit on things that could harm the Obama-Clinton camp. McCabe is one of those slug types that does what he’s told without thinking and has people on his staff that are similar to Sally Yates.

The question is who ordered up the fake dossier, not just who and why it was put together, but who ordered McCabe to purchase it for such a high inappropriate price?

I’m convinced that the intelligence agencies have compromised every politician in Washington. If they are NOT compromised, they are cowed into fear and silence.

I think Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas may have been the last 2 conservatives who are not compromised.

There are a few House members who are not, but their influence is so small they are ineffective.

This situation illustrates just how powerless Congress is when there is unified Administration opposition to complying with Congress. Congressional subpoenas are toilet paper for those who don’t care what Congress says and know that there can be no enforcement action.
Congress could deny funding, but even that is highly unlikely in a divided Congress with many co-conspirators in office. How much is Trump really in charge when Agencies can do as they please?

Because Obama creature McCabe is still FBI Deputy Director. Same McCabe who's wife received $750,000 from Clinton Foundation for her Virginia State Senate campaign through Gov. McAuliffe and who is as corrupt as heck.
Question, why did Trump not sack this creep day one, and why has he still not sacked him?

right? these bastards don’t even know how to conduct a real investigation into a real criminal case like they’re supposed to be doing in that agency. Instead they’re too busy being political hacks and political propagandist against POTUS for the left.

Seriously, this isn’t a real law enforcement agency. Just power hungry political hacks.
Get the Vegas PD and detectives on the case they’re the ones with real knowledge of solving real crime.
...
At this point, the lack of evidence and “stuff figured out by authorities” has a few possible explanations.

1. LVPD is running the show and doesn’t want to share with FBICIASWAMP
2. FBICIASWAMP is running the show and doesn’t want to share with LVPD.
3. FBICIASWAMP has a lot, but knows if they publicize, some still at large suspects will know what they know, including Islamic involvement
4. FBICIASWAMP is just stupid.
5. FBICIASWAMP is nefarious and covering up, including possible Soros anti-Trump activity...including keeping Trump’s new FBI boss in the dark like mushrooms analogy (keep in dark and feed him crap)
6. LVPD is just stupid
7. LVPD and FBICIASWAMP are working together and FBICIASWAMP has dropped the hammer on LVPD who is threatened...
8. ?

2, 3, 5 are most likely...if I pull out a Norman Rockwell print and stare at it, perhaps I can say 2. But my logic and knowing what Clinton, Bush(x2), and Obama have done, I say 5 with 90% confidence.

Sessions won’t order them to cooperate with Congress because he stupidly recused himself, and it’s obvious Rosenstein plays for the other team.

We know McCain was involved. Who else? This article spends the rest of it's words on the "allegedly?" funded FBI stonewalling. I think this article is a waste of time unless it names all involved in the funding, the Obama administration involvement, and can show how it was instrumental in getting the FISA court to approve wiretaps on Manafort to secure his communication with President Trump.

Firing is not sufficient. They’ll find new work from the swamp pronto and will be rewarded for their intransigence.

Firing then big fines per day...then jail time....along with the LOSS OF PENSION.

That would get some traction.

These swamp creatures know they’ve go 140k per year for life even with no job.

Firing alone in NO way deters them imo.

Subpoena not answered = Contempt of Congress.
Issue a Warrant to arrest. TODAY!
Order the Sergeant At Arms to enforce the Warrant.
Frog march, in handcuffs, the man in charge.

Congress can order Mueller to turn over the documents, can’t they?

Ok here is a claim that I have heard from a neighbor a long time NoVa GOP’er (Yes he is a Beltway lawyer & a long time swamp dweller was a deputy undersecretary etc under Reagan. Note He was for Trump!). He says that there is a belief that they couldn’t get a conviction on Hellary from a local DC jury. A result of innocent of all charges will just make her stronger. Swamp clearing would end right there!

Not my view point, maybe his personal conviction and no more then that!

I just throw this out there as a possible explanation for Sessions behavior.

My personal hope is preparations for a indictment being done slowly and carefully and when all the “ducks are lined up” then it will happen.
