Since she thinks she's pretty, she probably batted her eye lashes, and did a few episodes on her knees with her male/female interviewer, to get her clearance.

It really all started with the Clintons in the 90’s. The book “Unlimited Access” by Gary Aldrich, the FBI agent in the White House in charge of security clearances and vetting discusses first hand how they ignored, flaunted, and deliberately mishandled security at all levels, and the floodgates opened from there.
