The judges are acting like they’re insane. Either that or they have agendas driven by bad intent. Either way, these people should be removed by force to protect the welfare and safety of our own legitimate citizens.

Why does the executive branch (Trump) give the power to ONE unelected Communist judge, or ANY group of judges, (including SCOTUS), to make immigration law, when it is HIS power under the Constitution and statutory law?
I have no way to see into the future. I wish I could help. And it might be like you said. I might never happen. Then again, they said Trump would never happen. Anything is possible. We'll see.

People need to stop kneeling before judges.
Judges do not have the authority to force the government to send money to sanctuary cities.
If Trump surrenders his national security to judges on immigration from terrorist countries, he will surrender on anything.
What the point of having district judges that can issue nation wide injunctions does that not necessarily make them national judges?
That said the very idea that a judge can issue an injunction is unconstitutional as it presumes guilt before the trial.

A mayor somewhere should refuse to enforce Unconstitutional gun laws (all gun laws). Let’s see if they stay out of prison or lose funding to their city. Bet these courts would not stop that.

Actually, they do. The congress sends them dollars. The executive has the ability to direct what goes on with discretionary programs. Once the budget is passed and the dollars are sent to State, it is no longer in the hands of Congress.
