I doubt it. I think the Left is worried they’ve allowed a monster to start growing. The public sees Antifa for who and what they are.....and dims know it points to them.

Actually, that process is just now getting started. I asked five people two weeks ago, people who are generally informed, and none could identify what antifa was.
And remember, the mainstream press is still not willing to call antifa out for its actions so everyone getting their news from them is still likely to be ignorant. Not to mention all the people who pay no attention to news generally.
Try a little survey of your own. It will be revealing, especially if you ask people who aren’t watching Fox part of the day.
Soon the public may actually realize what these black clad, masked, armed with poles and shields AntiFA (anti-First Amendment) look like and are doing. The leftist press will then want to say that they are a tiny fringe group and not representative of loving (/s) Democrats. This would be after two years of almost all violence at rallies coming from Dem supporters.
