In Arizona, there are a couple of categories of Aggravated Assault. The LEAST is category six.
This will get you 18 to 36 months in prison.
The fact that he posted the video, and he’s basically giving the cops all the evidence required....it’s a pretty bad case. He’ll have to go and get a prime-attorney and basically hope that he can find a judge who is either stupid or anti-Trump. In the real-world, with the three charges and conviction, I think he’d get two years in prison. In this case, maybe the judge could give him house-arrest for four years (limit him to work, grocery-shopping, and med-appointments) and save the government some money.
Now that Arpio is pardoned, make him warden of a prison. Send all ANTIFA thugs arrested there. You do realize the subpoena for all ANTIFA ip’s has been approved sued over and then re-approved don’t you? That means Trump will know who these scum are and well... Joe can house them. I am sure their parents will be very happy to get their basements back.
I think he was charged with 3 counts of a class 3 felony.
Here’s the arrest sheet:
http://ktvk.images.worldnow.com/library/a5a52071-684b-4fef-a876-f4ede05ffb37.pdf
The charges on the sheet are:
3 Cts. 13-1204A8A AGG ASLT-OFFICER F3
1 Cts. 13-2902A2 UNLAW ASSEMBLY-REFUSE DISPERSE M1
I think the “F3” means “class 3 felony”.
The arresting officer checked the box that says “Firearm or other weapon used” and the boxes that say “Someone was injured by the defendant” and “Medical attention was necessary”. I guess those boxes help justify the “aggravated” part of “aggravated assault”.
There are 3 counts because they saw him throw “smoking grenades” at police 3 separate times. They didn’t charge him for kicking the grenade.
They got a search warrant and recovered his gas mask and other clothes from the crime.
Unless he gets a leftist prosecutor or judge, I think he’s going to the big house. Yay!
