Collins is the only one who voted no when it came up under Obama.

She has "integrity".

She sucked then, and she sucks now.

I generally agree with you. There is a long history of transgressions leading to reelections. The GOP has successfully duped the base innumerable times and keeps getting rewarded for it. On that point, we agree.

But this time they have overplayed their hand and got called on it. They promised, over and over again to repeal Obamacare. They voted, over and over again to repeal Obamacare (when they knew it wouldn’t be signed). And they assured us they “had a plan”. Now their lies and deceit have been fully exposed and are spreading across social media like wildfire.

The Pubbies raised the profile of their “opposition” to Obamacare to the point where they now own it. This is an epic failure and breech of trust with the voters. I think voter resentment is running very deep and many will opt to vote for their primary opponents or just not vote at all.

This debacle will reverberate for years to come. And, while this is just one legislative item, it is going to be a precursor for many more failures to come. So the point is, you cannot look at the Obamacare fiasco in isolation. It will be later be seen to have been just the first in a long string of debacles and broken promises.

The Republicans will never be trusted again.

I am so mad about these republican liars and fakers. I love our President and those opposed to him will feel the voye4rs sting.

McCain won’t be around in 2022..
Doubt he will be around in 2018..

Watch the next couple months and how the treatment affect him..

Tim Burchett from Knoxville. He has served as a State Senator. Is presently the Knox County Mayor. A more solid conservative you won’t find! Many wanted him to run against Lamarr Alexander last round, but he felt he didn’t have the financial backing to do it. Unfortunately, Lamarr is an institution in Tenn. maybe now would be the time for people to get behind him and convince him to do it. Especially if he started pulling out of state support. My two cents.

How’s that working out? If this doesn’t make us realize Conservatives can’t win in the Republican Party, nothing will.

*************

We are wasting our time with the Republican Party. It will never represent conservatives. Ever.

Final count: 7 Republicans vote against repeal-only

ALEXANDER
CAPITO
COLLINS
HELLER
McCAIN
MURKOWSKI
PORTMAN

That's enough to give crapweasles like Cory Gardner in CO cover to vote "yes" when they don't mean it.

You are including President Trump in that as well, I assume, who also openly supported amnesty before, during, and after that same time frame and even blamed Romney’s loss for being too tough on immigration. Or, as is the most likely case, you are just doing this all for show, just like your false tagline?

Not entirely...there are plenty of them up in those years who aren’t on that list.

But...the fact their re-elections are not up immediately is no doubt a factor in what made a few of those Senators more comfortable in casting this vote - the pressure is not on right now for them to be in electoral jeopardy...apparently they don’t care about their colleagues who will be getting the blowback on this.

Fire, at least, all no Senators of deep red states from any chairmanship, especially Alexander, Murkowski and McCain. Remove lesser committee members like Capito and Portman. Shut off RNC re-elect money from all no-voters. Recruit and early fund real conservative pro Trump primary candidates very publicly. Trump must campaign for his primary candidates aggressively and soon for the 2018 senate seats. Have his peeps appear with him ASAP. Put the fear to of Trump crowds in RINO no-voter
Senators.

“My thinking is he only voted for repeal because he is up next year.”

And they had plenty of no votes. If it was close he never would have voted for repeal.

The GOP is no longer a viable political party.

If it weren't for being able to vote in the primaries, I'd change my affiliation! Fug the GOP! Especially, the GOPe!

President Trump has not voted to give amnesty to illegal aliens.

These Senators have.

They need to be removed from office.

Flake, Corker, Hatch and Heller in 2018

Graham and Alexander in 2020

McCain, Murkowsky, Hoeven and Rubio in 2022

Tag line is accurate, both parts.
Which ineligible are you partial to?
Or are you pro Islam?

His military career consisted of destroying aircraft and getting captured.
His serious injuries were caused by his failure to follow proper ejection procedures.
His legislative career has been a disaster for the country.
How many times has he led the charge to abandon the rule of law and surrender the country to illegal aliens and their employers?

Portman needs a primary.

Portman had a primary and won in 2016. It will be 2022 before he has to worry again.

Still too many democrats masquerading as Republicans. Mid-term gains are the only hope to build to a necessary level. Before this fiasco I thought they could easily get 8 seats. Now I’m not so sure. With Bobby Menendez and another one (I can’t recall) in trouble it may still be possible.
