Senator John McCain is vowing to return to Washington once he's been treated for brain cancer.
'Yeah, I'm going to have to stay here a little bit longer, take some treatments. I'll be back,' the 80-year-old Republican senator told South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham, his close friend. 'I've been through worse.'
Graham shared the conversation with reporters on Wednesday evening, adding, 'So pray. God knows how this ends, not me. But I do know this: This disease has never had a more worthy opponent.'
McCain underwent surgery last week for what was thought to be a blood clot above his eye.
The Senate eagerly awaited his return and postponed a vote on the GOP healthcare bill while McCain rested up.

His brain is malfunctioning and needs to quit. All us in AZ need to write his office to urge him to resign and spend his remaining time with family and friends. No one is irreplaceable.
