The US Congress’ overlords have obviously commanded them to leave obozo care in place, if they know what's good for them. I surmise, at some point, it will require the American people to physically clean up D.C. or submit to the NWO’s 2 class social structure of oligarchs (them) and slaves (the rest of us). North Korea comes to mind.
