This tweet, coming after O'Keefs's videos and the retractions from CNN and AP, is the final nail in the coffin of the Russia story. He knows we needed an end to the story, and this video provided it. From now on everyone will laugh off the Russia story. (And that's really why the left is howling. All that work for nothing)
Great article
The latest WWE tweet has exposed the entire media establishment as being a bunch of emotionally arrested adolescents. It’s a JOKE, people, get over it!!
Best post of the day - Kurt Schlichter rules...
That clip was years old. I really think this is the only FUN this President has.
Well, Trump was right, it was hilarious and made my day!
Love this President. He is so honest, humorous, and refreshing.
President Trump creating a new normal: “You punch me, I punch you back” Right now is the painful “birthing” of that new normal. Very soon and after enough repetitions, that shock and awe will not be there anymore and the new normal will be established.
President Trump: trail-blazer. I submit to you all to relish in the newness and bravery of these events that will change the relationship from one sided taking punches only to a full exchange of nuclear missiles.
Another good one
For instance, he says "I don't care about his tweets, so they don't annoy me." But anyone who misses that his tweets are the point misses the point. It is like Alfred the Great, in exile in the swamps of Somerset, constantly harassing the Danes in small skirmishes, getting inside their heads, figuring out the best tactics to defeat them when the big battle comes. And each tweet matters.
Or this:"You don't have to grab a pitchfork and torch every time the liberals start rounding up a mob. You can actually not join in the stupidity."
But they are a marauding horde pillaging the countryside. Joining in to oppose the marauding is not stupid. It is a sacred duty to preserve the constitution and the republic from those who savage both at every turn, with every breath they take.
This author, trying to put on a strong front, is just the namby-pampy almost #nevertrumper he says he was at the outset. We don't need Trump because of Hillary. We need Trump because of the socialist hordes who made Hillary what she is.
Trump knows tweeting is the only way he can communicate with the American people without the enemedia filter; that is why they hate him for his tweets. He has shown how obsolete they are, and how detached from real, relevant news they are. They are nothing but propaganda, and he has done his part in exposing them as such.
It is a terrible post. LS gets it pretty much dead on in his article linked at post #39 http://bigleaguepolitics.com/owning-news-140-characters/ getting exactly what Schlichter missed. The attitude that you commend is exactly the view of the GOPeers in the swamp who call themselves conservatives. They will take any excuse not to fight back. Why should they? They got theirs colluding with the statists selling the voters down river.
I think most of us reacted the same way when we saw the tweet. We just busted up laughing. I really doubt that anyone on our side decided that we needed to go out and start physically assaulting journalists, much less go out shooting them. That was the furthest from my mind.
It was only when the ‘journalists’ started whining about their (totally unfounded) fear of violence did that angle even occur to me.
True.
True.
The left has lost it’s power to control society and they proved how dangerous their ideas are all they have left is whining like the children they are.
Was he my first choice? No. Was he my second? No. But was there any other choice when it came down to him or Felonia von Pantsuit?
Pretty much sums up my stance on Trump.
I agree. If I could write I could’ve written this.
I like his tweets precisely because they are politically incorrect. They accomplish two things, demolish both the general PC culture and the propaganda organs.
There is only one nice thing I can think of to say about Mitch McConnell, and that is that the highways in Kentucky are surely some of the nicest, smoothest, pothole-free roadways in all of America.
Otherwise, he has done nothing but bend over backwards to the orders of the Left. I do not respect him, nor Paul Ryan, nor most others in Congress.
