copy editors = army of left wing hacks
There’s not a more deserving group for layoffs on the planet.

Have they been recruiting fiction majors?

The latest flare-up comes at a moment when the Times also is dealing with a libel lawsuit filed by former Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin over a Times Op-Ed column erroneously linking her to violent attacks on public figures.FAKE NEWS !!!
Even Hollywood Dateline plays the FAKE NEWS game. Lawsuit is over an EDITORIAL, not an Op-Ed column.

Funny, they sure love to advocate for Trump and his staff and his appointments being laid off.

Great. These ;lefty idiots need mucho humiliation...and ridicule. I hope all of these dishonest loser bums are fired. Civil society would be better off if these chronic liars were on the streets begging and being humiliated every minute of their malignant lives. I laugh at their uselessness.

A few years back I read a survey that was conducted among students of the Columbia School of Journalism which I've heard described as being to journalism as Harvard Medical School is to medicine.
That survey indicated that the large majority of those surveyed chose to enter journalism because they wanted to change the world.
That's what's wrong with today's "journalists"...facts mean nothing to them.

After going through this myself years ago and watching the same happen to many friends after the crash I have zero sympathy for these cretin “journalists” who thought their industry bulletproof.

Wait a minute. The paper is laying off 100 editors but they turn around and say they plan on offsetting that by recruiting top talent. So, why, exactly, would a true “top talent” want to work at a place that just laid people off??
Are they unable to process the logical disconnect here?
