The US says it has identified 'potential preparations' for another chemical attack in Syria, and issued a stark warning to the Syrian government.
The White House said the activities were similar to those made before a suspected chemical attack in April.
Dozens died in that attack and prompted President Donald Trump to order a strike against a Syrian air base.
The US statement warned President Bashar al-Assad of "a heavy price" if another strike occurred.
It said "another chemical weapons attack by the Assad regime" was likely to result "in the mass murder of civilians."
The statement added: "As we have previously stated, the United States is in Syria to eliminate the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. If however, Mr. Assad conducts another mass murder attack using chemical weapons, he and his military will pay a heavy price.".......
The latest development comes amid increasing tension in the region between the US and President Assad's ally, Russia.
The Kremlin recently warned the US-led coalition that it would view its aircraft as targets after the US shot down a Syrian military plane........

I heard it as a "this just in" listening to the BBC World Service on the radio.
Its official. Syria (Assad regime) is being warned by the White House (in the name of President Donald Trump) over the notion its planning a chemical attack.
There's been some tension in recent days with shells from Syria landing in Israeli controlled Golan and Israel using aircraft and mortars to retaliate.
Israel says Assad's shells are entering territory it controls.
The Assad regime says the Israelis are supporting the Al-Qaeda fighters of Jabhat al-Nusra in the Golan region.
I believe the earlier chemical attack story was a crock with "evidence" all drummed up by the jihadists backed by Saudi Arabia, the Al-Qaeda fighters imported to overthrow Assad six years ago.

Trump is letting the Russians and Syria know ahead of time. If Assad uses chemical weapons then Russia will know ahead of time and their will be no excuses.
This is BS of the highest order- I voted for Trump because he said he was NOT going to be the warmonger that starts false flags to depose Assad, the duly elected leader of the sovereign nation of Syria. Women, would you want to live in Syria (before Obama blew it up), or in Saudi Arabia???? This makes no sense and is criminal - these refugees have a right to be royally pissed, and our Govt’s solution is to bring them here to act out that rage - Wow!

I don’t think that Assad used them in April and I don’t believe he is planning to use them now.
President Trump is being fed information by people who want conflict with Russia and are driving the US towards such a fight.
The opposition to Assad that spiraled out of control into the Islamic State were jihadists backed by Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the Gulf Arab states.
These “Osama Bin Laden sympathizers” continue their fight against Assad in organizations like Jabhat al-Nusra at this moment.
The USA should not be on the side of the Al-Qaeda groups fighting Assad.

There are many cynics out there like Peter Hitchens who has asked UK authorities and has not been given good answers regarding the April “chemical weapons attack”.
Hitchens noted that the people we are to rely on with their pictures and videos and so on claiming a chemical weapons attack are jihadist fighters.
In April, the bodies were taken to Erdogan’s Turkey where “autopsies” were performed by officials of the Erdogan regime.
Our intelligence agencies are in bed with these Al-Qaeda Bin-Ladenist types in Syria.

Trump is acting as the ally for ISIS in Syria.
I think that Israel wants to deal with Iran and so does Saudi Arabia.
Syria is a pathway to that endgame.
President Trump has visited Israel and Saudi Arabia and assured both nations of the closeness of our nation’s relations with both.
Trump has also spoken out against the Iranian government and its policies as well.
Looks like the pieces are coming together for something which disturbs me because Russia is in the mix and being demonized again to what end.
