It was as inevitable as a chemical reaction: Once the tragedy in Tucson became politicized, the right would quickly come to feel aggrieved.
Not everyone on the liberal side has tried to tie the shooting of Gabrielle Giffords and 19 others to the violent imagery used by Sarah Palin and other Republicans; many have been admirably restrained.
But conservatives aren’t happy about the emerging narrative, and on Sunday, they started punching back.
Keith Appell, a top publicist for conservative causes, declared in an email that “some in the media have implicated conservatives, the Tea Party, talk radio, Republicans, etc.” in the shooting that left six people dead and a congresswoman seriously wounded. “This is insidious, dishonest, and divorced from reality. For example, in all the writings and videos uncovered so far, Jared Lee Loughner never mentioned the health-care bill or its repeal, never mentioned the Tea Party, never mentioned talk radio.”
Erick Erickson, the founder of Red State, took to the Web to argue that “the media, under the guise of ‘a full exposition’ of the evil in Arizona, is back to subtly and not so subtly pinning the blame for the attempted assassination of the congresswoman and the related shootings on the Tea Party movement, Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, me, you, and everyone right of center.
“Let’s be crystal clear: This is the supposedly objective news media doing this, not the openly partisan left, though it is fueling the media witch hunt. And from what we now know, it is not just media malpractice, but a lie.”

Gabrielle Giffords was shot by a left wing nut egged on by far the left socialist media and democrat leaders...
hmmm...sounds similar to what happened today.

They are using the Giffords shooting as a comparison....
It was a lib who shot her and others that day.
That same trend goes for the "Occupy movement"
the pro-sharia movement,
the 'resistance movement',
and the current 'witch hunt' on the Presidency.

Arizona has OPEN/CONCEALED carry. Perhaps if she had been TRAINED and ARMED, she might have been able to save LIVES that day!
