I know.

I am not losing faith in the guy. But he needs to move on this subject.

I am not the only person who is now waiting anxiously, while this big topic is (not) solved.

I understand. I really do. But Trump needs to fix this.

It is important. He ran on this issue. JOBS. Right in America.

It is time to build up our own country for a change.

We have been building up every other country in the world.

It is time, to pay attention to building up America once again.

That is why Trump was elected, in part. The GOP was not longer for American growth.

The Dems were no better. Everyone, in both parties, were selling out America.

Trump was different.

A lot of us, believed him. We still do.

But I haven’t seen progress on this (or the wall)

They were the two issues I got on board for Trump, so early. Very early. I was supporting Trump on this board, before he even announced his candidacy. Before many FReepers were even aware of his candidacy. Many were on Cruz’s side way back then. Many on the other candidacies. I was for Trump.

But I have not seen him take steps, on these two issues.

I am waiting.

You have to consider whether the supposed lack of action is real, or is that because the media refuses to report on it? I see a media intent on reporting fake news, with little to no coverage of President Trump’s accomplishments.

Do you follow Trump on Twitter? He tweets about his accomplishments as they occur.

It’s been 20 weeks since inauguration day, so why hasn’t everything been fixed already, cba123?

Oh, I guess it’s because “Trump” has done nothing.../sarcasm

Where have you been?

You said you haven’t been online much lately so I guess you haven’t kept up here at FR. Do you watch TV... you’re not going to hear any positive news about President Trump there.

If you have a smartphone may I suggest that you subscribe to President Trump’s Facebook page, and subscribe to the White House’s official channel on YouTube.

Between those two and FR you would have seen numerous announcements... seems like every week...about US companies adding jobs and making investments for growth.

On the subject of all the steps Trump has already taken to create new jobs and eliminate the trade deficit, I forgot to mention too how Trump has been negotiating with Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to help correct our trade imbalance with that country. From what I’ve read, Japan is planning on investing tremendously large amounts of money into our infrastructure projects in this country. Trump wants a $1 trillion job-creating infrastructure program, but he also wants much of it privatized instead of taxpayer funded. This is where Japan dumping so much money into our country can be beneficial to both our countries. They hope to get a return on their investments, while we get a modern infrastructure that will be good for business and we get hundreds of thousands of new jobs in construction and transportation related fields.

Recently at the G7 summit, Trump took Merkel to task for the trade deficit we are running with Germany. I don’t know if he got anywhere with her, but he has been actively working on that country too.

China has also started to buy more of our coal, since production is up under Trump’s policies. And, of course, there’s been a lot more going on that’s not popping into my head at the moment, but that I know I’ve read about in the past.

Altogether, unemployment is at a 16-year low, almost certainly due to Trump’s pro-business policies and efforts. The stock market (and thus a lot of people’s retirement funds, etc.) keeps reaching remarkable new highs under Trump. Last quarter the U.S. had 3.6% economic growth—a tremendous improvement over what we saw under Obama. And just wait and see what will happen when Trump get’s his tax bill through the (feet-dragging) Congress, and the U.S. becomes attractive to international businesses again. Businesses will flock here, and the incentive for many of them to leave will be gone.

If we had a proper press, Trump would receive great praise for the booming economy he’s already started to build. I hope you realize now that contrary to the idea that Trump has done nothing on this front yet, as you claimed earlier, he’s actually accomplished a tremendous amount so far and deserves to be applauded for it.
