My sister had this weird desire to ride on a Harley, so on her 75th birthday her friends arranged for this young biker to surprise her and take her for a spin. Leather jacket and all.
She said it was ‘the best thing that I ever did’.
Good memories.
Claudia is my Rep and she is doing a good job considering all of the Snowflake blowback she is getting.
I was riding a chopper in the early seventies. My first new bike was a 1974 74CID Harley-Davidson FX. It did not have an electric starter. Back then, cheap motels and diners would refuse to serve a biker. I was working as a parts clerk at a H-D dealership in 1980 when it looked like the Motor Company (Then owned by American Machine and Foundry) would soon cease to exist.
My, how things have changed.
