Evergreen State College. Mark it down. Another college that will be out of students and out of business in a few years, and rightly so. What parent would pay to have their own child subjected to such abuse.

so i answered my own question, who would go? i guess if you are a state resident it is cheap, the state picks up the tab. from the website:
