Have never been to Portland, but it looks to be chock full of disgusting people.
It was a Kook Mecca back in the late 80's and has been a cesspool for at least a decade+. Think San Francisco North....
Portland is peopled with expatriates from coastal California, who could not stand the hellholes their home towns had become, so they came to Portland to re-create the same conditions there.
And they wonder at the hellhole that Portland is becoming.
Tolerance is everything, you know.
