First picture of Salman Abedi was released on Wednesday morning.
• He was born in the UK and turned to radical Islam in recent years. He was known to British spies.
• Abedi went on "secret jihadi training during family trips to Syria," according to The Sun.
• The BBC reported that Abedi was acting as a "mule" for a bomb maker, who remains on the run.
• His Manchester address was searched on Tuesday, with forensic experts finding a book titled "Know Your Chemicals!"
LONDON — Salman Abedi, the 22-year-old suicide bomber at Manchester Arena on Monday night, was radicalised during trips to Syria and was known to British intelligence services.
Abedi killed 22 and injured at least 64 when he detonated an improvised bomb in the foyer of Manchester Arena in central Manchester on Monday night, where the pop star Ariana Grande was performing.
Home secretary Amber Rudd told Sky News on Wednesday that the Mancunian of Libyan descent was known "up to a point" by British spies and "it seems likely" he wasn't acting alone.
Abedi's brother, 23-year-old Ismail Abedi, was arrested in Chorlton, south Manchester in connection with the attack on Tuesday, while three other men were arrested on Wednesday in the same area of the city.
"The security services will know a lot of people, it doesn't mean they are expected to arrest everybody they know. But it is somebody who they had known before," Rudd said.
Who was Salman Abedi?
Abedi died as a result of the bomb. His ID was found at the site of the attack, The New York Times reported, citing a US law enforcement official who spoke anonymously because the investigation is still ongoing.

Well, it's not as if they don't want the authorities to know who did it. If he's identified, then every other Moslem terrorist knows the result of his mission and that it was a Moslem who did it. After that, every inbred sand-flea wants to "be like Salman".
What you find in almost all cases like this...is that the guy has popped a Captagon pill and is on some invincible high. Clear or conscious thinking isn’t possible at that point. Most all ISIS losers are hooked on the stuff.

I’m wondering if it was close family, like his parents or a sibling. Or maybe more distant like a cousin? I’m curious if his parents were involved.
In fact during the FR blackout there was a story published that, in a borough in London, 1 in 5 infant deaths ages up to 1yr old were caused by inbreeding of 1st cousins or closer. Over half the population was Muslim with Pakistani being the majority.
