This has been posted before. I know that. But Jared Kushner has been attracting the wrath of some Freepers. So maybe it's time to look again at what he did and examine just how likely it is that Trump would ever consider for one little second of sending him home.

Jared-Gorelick was NOT the reason Americans
voted for Pres. Trump.

In fact,
more likely, they will be the reason
for the coming anger
against the President.

Bannon, NOT Jared

Read that article again and notice how many quotes it has from people who had no direct involvement in the campaign and whose quotes are mere speculation about what someone THINKS Kushner’s role in the campaign was. I can’t imagine why Forbes would engage in such shoddy journalism.

Kushner is clearly the buttboy of the Silicon Valley bigs, and he and Ivanka have great NY PR contacts.

Sure, he may have been helpful, but he’s a lifelong Manhattan Democrat with slim relevant experience and an at-best mixed record running his billionaire father’s RE empire.

He and his leftist/globalist hires—Cohn, McMaster, Powell, etc.—need to go as well.

Oh, and he’s the one reportedly who convinced Trump to bring the GOPe in via Priebus, etc., which is why those in his admin now who aren’t Democrats are scheming GOPe hacks.

Jivanka has to go back to NYC.

All these stories are designed to drive a wedge into President Trump’s base.

Nearly all of them rely heavily on anonymous sources and few direct quotes. IOW, fake news.

If his last name wasn’t Kushner he’d probably be working right now at a car dealership on Route 1 in Middlesex County, New Jersey.

If your contention is that Trump won because he is Trump then the coming anger against Trump will be because he is Trump.

Trump is still being Trump. You cannot blame Jared for what Trump is now doing no more than you wish to credit Jared for the win. Was Trump his own man during the campaign but now, somehow, he is under the sway of Jedi Jared?

But Jared Kushner has been attracting the wrath of some Freepers.

Not me. I don't care who helped Trump - I voted for Trump, and I'll judge his presidency based on what he accomplishes or doesn't accomplish. The tools he uses - Kushner, Bannon, whoever - are his business.

You need to read up on the role Thiel had.

Bannon, NOT Jared
___________________

Bannon didn’t even join the campaign until August of last year. Say what you want about Kushner’s family’s background, but the guy did some great work for Trump and really revolutionized the way campaigns are run.

Would be nice if both Jared and Bannon could work together like before, but many seem intent on causing divisions within the admin.

Nope. Not buying it, other than he probably asked a few people to vote for his FIL.

Before President Trump was the nominee, how many of us even had Jared on our radar?

Um...that would be none of us.

I kinda, sorta knew who his kids were, but not Jared. It was ALL Trump that landed him in the White House; I’m thoroughly convinced of that!

I don’t think that comes off as too, ‘Tin-Foil-Hatty.’ Do you? ;)

Yep—and going home to his fastidious little apartment at the end of the day. Took millions for Dad to get him into the designer college.

Manhattan Democrat. And who would Trump be closer to politically, ideologically, and pragmatically? Manahttan Democrats or Conservatives?

I’m pretty familiar with his role. He was probably more important to Trump than Kushner was.

If it was ALL Trump then, than it is ALL Trump now. If you do not like what Trump is doing now then it is ALL Trump and NOT Jared.

My belief is that nothing has changed. Trump is pragmatic and populist. I am not surprised or disappointed with him and I am certainly not pinnig anything on Jared or Ivanka. If anything, the bright sincere loyal young man portrayed in the Forbes article has my sincerest thanks.

From what I’ve seen, it seems like Kushner only attracts flak here on FR when President Trump makes a decision that directly contradicts one of his major campaign promises. That’s when suspicions about liberal/Democrat influence among his advisors come to the surface — understandably.
