Why should the wall be in the budget if Mexico is going to pay for it? They’ll have to take cartel money, tax money going to Mexico, etc. and earmark that for the wall. I don’t want the wall in THE budget and neither should anyone at FR.

2) What happened to the bill to seize cartel money to fund the Wall?
