There was word late last evening that Ammon and Ryan Bundy have been moved from solitary confinement at the Southern Nevada Detention Center in Pahrump.
The Bundy Brothers were put in the hole for refusing to comply with frequent body cavity searches conducted under prison rules.
A few days ago Ryan Bundy filed a lawsuit in connection with his punishment at the prison.
Ammon and Ryan Bundy are in prison awaiting trial later this year in connection with the April 2014 Bunkerville Standoff near Bundy Ranch.
Activist Gavin Seim posted a video on his Facebook page reporting the release of the Bundy's from solitary confinement.
Seim also received a phone call from Ammon Bundy several hours before his release posted on a separate video.
Also word that the warden at Southern Nevada Detention Center, a privately owned facility used by the federal government to house prisoners, is gone. No word on why that happened.
The woman, who is an African-American, had in the past expressed her hostility towards people who support the Bundy's calling them racists.
Cliven Bundy is also housed at the same prison and tomorrow, April 29, is his birthday.
Damn those bastards persecuting these Americans. And where did they send that black racist *itch??
My basic roots are in the Oregon-N. Calif areas...the State of Jefferson, actually. I know of no other group more conservative overall than ranchers. ...”frequent body cavity searches” would be an anathema to them and not tolerated. I hope the black “lady” gets what she deserves and the lawsuit is successfully concluded with her paying and paying and paying and the so-called “private prison” shut the f down.

I wouldn’t think “punishment” would be an appropriate word to use in the same sentence with “awaiting trial”. Maybe it is just me...

The world of 'private for-profit prisons' will soon be coming to a close due to legal vulnerabilities and consequence.
In this instance, "innocent until proven guilty" is moot, as the private prison was attempting to break the Bundys down physically and mentally.
The mere fact that they were subjected to routine body cavity searches attests to that fact that Bundy and all, were routinely dehumanized, embarrassed and mocked regularly.
The fact that the FED had imprisoned them, rather than release on bail (guarantee their return to court),
demonstrates the Fed intent to coerce, intimidate, and silence the sovereignty movement under the Obama administration.
The private prison rules for routine body cavity searches makes the Fed complicit in violation of Bundy's civil legal rights.
How will these money prisons be shut down?
