Agree, its dangerously naive to think that the NORKs have no idea where our warships are. They probably have myriad ways of gathering intelligence on us. A country that is rapidly developing a nuclear weapons capability should never be underestimated.
The NORK’s do have satellites up there so I suppose it’s possible for them to get at least a general idea of a carriers location, but I would still put my money on the carrier groups multiple layers of defenses.
