You’re posting to a nearly 4 year old thread. And no, I don’t think they would, if they were under our control.
They have long been neutralized or removed. Have been told that from a number of reliable sources who where stationed at Incirlik. All of the recent ones hated their stay in Turkey. Some here on FR were there as young people after WWII. They actually liked Turkey then.
