If what you posted is true about this case, I retract my comments about her being responsible. Even if she DID post the pictures, that doesn’t justify what happened. It’s the “you can’t rape a prostitute” type of defense.
If the facts are as I suggested, this is the type of defense that angers me.
In some cases where the defendants are known to be guilty, their attorneys go to what I’d term almost criminal lengths to get them off.

In some cases, the legal defense would constitute the attorney simply confirming the guy was sentenced in accordance with the law.
