Weird stuff. One assumes that Moslems are exempt from this demand, because decapitation. However, unless the plan is for nobody except Moslems to have children, then all the remaining women would pretty much have to work at taking care of one another’s children.

Muslims and I suspect illegal aliens will be exempt. And the Latino community places a very high value on large families, so you can pretty much imagine what that would look like economically.
