We just found out that Judge Douchebag in Hawaii is issuing a Nationwide Restraining Order against your Lawful Order on the grounds of Discrimination.
STOP Pussy Footing Around and CALL THEIR BLUFF!!
Immediately, TONIGHT!, Issue an Executive Order HALTING ALL IMMIGRATION. PERIOD!!
Let them CHOKE ON THAT FOR A WHILE.
Tonight I issued another Executive Order HALTING ALL IMMIGRATION INDEFINITELY. This Order will be Enforced beginning IMMEDIATELY. NO Foreigners will come in to this Country and NO IMMIGRATION will Take Place until these various Cases over my Previous Lawful Orders are SETTLED once and for all.
And PUBLICLY NAME THE JUDGE IN HAWAII who believes he is ALLAH and controls this COuntry.
Stop it all for 90 days.
Focus on the ones who have over-stayed their visa, if they even had one.
More likely, since he just visited the Hermitage, will likely respond as Andrew Jackson did in a similar situation, “Let’s see him enforce it.”
Good idea, but a BETTER idea is for Trump to tell these judges to go ‘EFF’ THEMSELVES then IGNORE these judges’ rulings as judicial overreach, UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and in VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW and ENFORCE HIS IMMIGRATION RESTRICTION!!!
I sure hope he’s got an answer to this. He’s got to fix this or his presidency is effectively over.
Either he blinked with Seattle judge and made a massive unforced error, or he’s got some devious plan.
I’d hope he wasn’t stupid enough to subject himself to every liberal court in the land. If so, tell me where to sign up for my local militia.
Original jurisdiction is SCOTUS, only.
According to USConstitution, any other Federal court has _no_ jurisdiction. PERIOD.
Pres. Trump must quit allowing lower Federal courts have _any_ jurisdiction over this issue. He is destroying the actual law, the supreme law, USConstitution.
Better yet ship all the muzzies to Hawaii.
We need Gorsuch confirmed to the Supreme Court, then the Seattle & Hawaii judges can be told to go pound sand.
If the branches of government are co equal, why couldn’t the president ‘stay’ the Hawaii judge’s ruling until it was resolved by the SC?
A small time judge from HI does not have the authority to take away the President’s Constitutional authority to enforce the laws. Trump should proceed until someone changes or strikes down the law giving him the power to limit immigration.
