They are not denying that Trump was spied on. They are only denying that Obama “ordered” a “wiretap”. This is the world of getting something 99% right is still getting it wrong. Obama could have allowed the wiretap. His people could have asked for it and he wanted it. With his consultations, it was ordered by someone else.
It’s possible that it was not necessarily a wiretap. It could have been some other listening device. Its also possible that he got the agency wrong or the country wrong. Others have suggested that England did the wiretapping for the CIA, so as to not break US laws.
No matter what happened, the Obama spokes person is not denying that Trumps conversations were listened to. He is denying that “Obama ordered a wiretap”. And he did not go farther than that. Which implies that Trump is close but not 100% accurate.
I don’t where to be when it comes to Comey. He’s up he’s down, he’s all over the place.
Will the REAL James Comey please stand up!

I just don't get that at all. Are they saying the DoJ wiretapped an opposition candidate based on innuendo about Russia ginned up by the DNC, and the WH knew about it and did nothing?

The headline says Trump has the evidence, but Kelly seems to merely be saying that Trump has evidence by inference, only because Trump would not have said what he did without evidence. The latter a much weaker situation.
The problem with Obolo’s implausible deniability is found exactly in what our friend Mark stated the other day which also makes it delicious irony:his plowboys from the MSM published the applications in June and Oct. and along with the leaks they were publishing he bloody well knew what they were doing.But there will likely be a smoking gun somewhere.
Why would they not bypass him for another agency or they guy at the FBI who the dems gave money to his wife?
This is an honest question:
If they found a mountain of smoking gun evidence,
do you honestly think the “attachment-less” Republican quislings in Congress would follow through with it?
My belief - hell no.

This from a single NYT report as near as I can tell. Who knows if it is true or not? I will say one thing the NYT has got a lot of mileage from that story.

Her and Bill were so shocked at what Trump did, they had to figure out what the hell is going on...they needed time to talk to people! Now, because she didn’t hit him with a tweet right away, the news cycle has passed them over...it is 3 full days since Trump’s tweet.
But Bill is getting nervous because she didn’t jump on the bandwagon early and is afraid it looks strange to people watching this. I think right now Bill is trying to talk Hillary into sending out a nasty tweet; you know a little misdirection play!
So the way I see it, if she does send out a tweet or make a statement tomorrow, both of them are in it up to their ears!!!
