Methinks that the application for the first FISA warrant was to cover what they were already doing. It was rejected. They continued with their “taps” without the court cover. The second FISA was approved to cover their existing activities IMHO.

Can a fake FISA order be passed off like a BC or selective service doc? How many would have to lie for the admin for that? They have shown over the last 8 years there is NOTHING sacred that can’t be lied about.
I am inclined to agree with you.
They were already doing what they were asking for in the FISA warrant. They just needed cover. When it got shot down, and they weren’t finding what they thought, and couldn’t PLANT anything without it being noticed, they went back to the FISA court to cover their tracks again.
I have no doubt that they were looking to PLANT evidence, not find any. Since the polls were going their way, they thought they had it in the bag, and there was no reason to plant evidence.
I agree with you. The 1st was to get to Trump. But Bammy is superior to our Constitution. The second was their cover up. They were getting nervous.
From what I understand the 1st FISA was after Trump and outside their jurisdiction. The 2nd was the Soviet stuff that is their jurisdiction.
But once Flynn, an American citizen, showed up in this stuff they needed a normal court warrant. They didn’t do it. A felony. THEN they leaked it. Another felony!
