I take it that Obama’s NSC could do that simply because they had permission to record the Russkie’s calls. Up until January, Sessions’s side of the calls was supposed to be fully masked by the NSC. I’d be interested as to just how far back Obama’s order to not mask identities for the US citizen side of such calls applied retroactively, when he made it possible for his WH to spread such intel to thousands of those, even without security clearance, in the 16 other intel agencies. And, how selectively was that applied? Just for his anti=Trump dirty tricks? How do we know that the Obamabots at the NSC aren’t still spreading more today?
How can you have “Separation Of Powers” when the President is spying on US Senators?
This is a clear breach of our Constitution by the supposed constitutional scholar.

When Judge Jeanine homed in on his accusation it became clear that Lewandowski was making a baseless assumption.
He formed his accusation on the fact that the media knew that Sessions had met with and had discussions with the Russian Ambassador.
But that information could have come from a myriad of sources, not just a wiretap. It wasn’t exactly a state secret at the time it took place.
Corey did not say it was done, just that it was possible, or words to that effect.
I cannot figure this out. DC/NSA spies on every DC entity; this information is available to those inside DC who are our enemies. They _have_ the goods on every true USAian in DC. This is called coercion, bribery. Good men cannot do what they should do, without retribution because of this spy system. It is completely against USConstitution and is a strategic problem.
