If she can’t afford to keep her home how can she afford to change her name?
Looks good on a résumé..HR could fulfill an Affirmative Action niche using a name like that.
Don’t forget the bone through your nose dear, it adds an extra bit of authenticity.
Instead of getting help, she digs deeper
She’s broke and nearly homeless but spending money to change her name. Talk about a walking poster child for birth control!
I had a former employee, pretty young lady with three young kids who was constantly short on money and yet ever so often she would come in with a new tattoo wasting her money and ruining her looks. Finally she asked my opinion on them and I told her, they are not flattering and asked how much did it cost you? And then I reminded her of a conversation we had had earlier about her needing money for Christmas etc... I just shook my head and said priorities, priorities.
