I kid. This shouldn’t be shocking — if you’re a pragmatist, not a polemicist. Point one: Trump has been hinting at amnestizing DREAMers for months. Usually that takes the form of gooey pronouncements about having a big heart and how “great people that are here that have done a good job … should be far less worried” about deportation than criminals. Lately, though, the White House has showed its hand more clearly by declining to suspend Obama’s DACA program for DREAMers as part of its executive overhaul of immigration policy. All Rush is doing here is getting in line with a Republican president he already spends much of his time defending.
Point two: An immigration deal with Democrats that would trade serious enforcement upgrades for amnesty for DREAMers does make a lot of sense. If Trump needs to horse-trade with Democrats to get 60 votes in the Senate for more Border Patrol, more sophisticated means of tracking immigrants internally, and so forth, legalization for America’s most sympathetic class of illegals is an obvious possible concession, especially since Obama’s already granted them

How about not doing an immigration “deal” and let existing law stand?
No amnesty. Trump will be one term president if he gives amnesty to any illegal alien.
Might not want to be so hard line about that. I have no doubt amnesty for the chilrens is coming.
But then, Rush long ago stopped actually seeing what's what. And his 1/2 hearted support for President Trump is a lie; he still doesn't support him at all.

My positions are generally VERY hard-core. To the point they get yanked sometimes. But in this case I agree with Rush.
As long as they have NO criminal record I think they should be given resident alien status. But never citizenship unless they serve 20 in the military.
A lot of these kids were brought here at 4-6 years of age and at this point they simply would be eaten alive if forced back. I lived many years in south and central America. A lot of these kids would literally be killed. We allowed it. We need to deal with it.
And yes you allowed it. Not one of you took up arms to stop it. Neither did I.
Some of those little dreamer pecker-heads were the biggest racists on the planet when my kids went to school with them.

Then, recently, I decided to give him a try again. I couldn't even last a whole hour. The man is worthless !
Actually, he lost it looooooooooooooooooong ago, when he was strung out, every day on his prescription drugs; however, I stuck with him even through that and one solid week of him drowning on and on about"TOE FUNGUS". But he hasn't been the same since then and this whole primary/election season, he has been just a complete waste of my valuable time.
Then, recently, I decided to give him a try again. I couldn't even last a whole hour. The man is worthless !

These “kids” will become hysterical liberal activists screaming for more rights for illegals. I think this thing ends on it’s own and Trump will probably just not renew.
Regarding this epic decades long invasion, El Rushbo was no where to be found during the late 80s 90s or into the 2000s. But he sure yapped a lot about feminazis and golf.
