We were in a bar. YES a bar... Everyone is ‘suppose’ to be carded at the door so the assumption is EVERYONE is over 21. The younger guy of the group, early 20s, was an IT goon for a colleague. He goes off in the corner and starts kissing on some cute girl who is all over him. We think nothing of him and congratulate him when she finally leaves.
A few days later. He comes in panicked. He finds out she’s only 17 and cuts off all communication. 17 year old girl gets ticked off that he won’t call her and calls the cops. He’s arrested and thrown in jail for 30 days. Doesn’t matter that we all witness nothing more than him kissing her, they didn’t go home together, AND we were in a bar under the assumption that EVERYONE is over 21. He now has to register as a sex offender and has that on his record forever.
