The federal government has specified charges against Ammon Bundy's defense lawyer who was tackled and tased by federal marshals as he argued before a judge in a federal courtroom.

The defense lawyer wants personnel records of the marshals involved in the takedown of Mumford, he's also asking about a meeting the judge in the Oregon Standoff Case had after the incident with the jurors who were witnesses to the attack on Mumford.

Gonna charge the defense lawyer they tackled inside an open court room, against the judges verbal orders, with 3 misdemeanors over 3 months after the fact so they can take him to court and force him to plea it down to save his hide.

This is Juristprudence in the United States !!!

This just tells me they didn’t know why they were tackling/tazing/bullying this lawyer in the first place.
