Who knows whether it’s real or not? The CIA could make any changes they want, make up any report they want etc. Who would know the difference or be able to prove otherwise?

That could be interesting. Wonder if WikiLeaks has any links. I might believe them more than CIA. LOL

I noticed that WikiLeaks had pictures of Antartica, but I haven’t figured out why yet.

I thought that was pretty funny based on the strange crap that happens in a timely fashion but I did for the hell of it.

but I haven’t figured out why yet.

Allen Dulles riddled that also.

There would be a pause as he shifted his mind from what to do about Antarctica...

The military tried it in Vietnam/Laos to flood the Ho Chi Minh Trail. Only minor successes. There was a whole Senate hearing/report on it about 1973 (probably by Sen. Proxmire (D-Wisc) whose wig was on too tight).

No big deal. Just Google “Senate Foreign Relations Committee and Weather Modification” and see what pops up.

Here’s an agency charged with gathering covert Intel through the use of lies, deceit, or whatever works and we are supposed to believe anything it tells us? FOIA may or may not actually work here - that is what documents are they actually releasing - real ones or real ones scrubbed of certain info? Who would know? We can trust, but verification is likely impossible.

A lot can happen in fifty years.

Businesses develop,

Businesses really develop,

http://www.investopedia.com/articles/optioninvestor/05/052505.asp

Technocrats emerge,

https://www.technologyreview.com/s/603349/geoengineering-gets-green-light-from-federal-scientists/

Congress puts on their make-up,

https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/CHRG-111hhrg53007/html/CHRG-111hhrg53007.htm

and voila! Thirteen Agencies, One Vision: Empower the Nation with Global Change Science

https://downloads.globalchange.gov/strategic-plan/2016/usgcrp-strategic-plan-2016.pdf

Or just give a quick look at various State and Federal rules for modifying weather

https://climateviewer.com/2016/05/14/weather-modification-laws-in-the-united-states-of-america/

Just saying, weather modification has come a long way and just because them boys and girls pushing climate change aren’t sharing the whole story with US,

http://www.google.com/patents/US20120117003

don’t necessarily mean it ain’t so.
