Washington Post journalist Dana Milbank on Thursday, Barack Obama is comparable to George Washington and a fictional Disney Demigod. Lamenting the fact that the outgoing President isn’t getting enough credit, the columnist referenced the 2016 film Moana and quoted from song lyrics where the deity Maui bragged about how amazing he is: “What can I say, except you’re welcome for the tides, the sun, the sky? Hey, it’s okay, it’s okay. You’re welcome.”

Millbank needs professional help, typical of liberals.
They want their own modern Reagan so badly. FDR is too far in the rear view mirror.
But his is like gambling. We all want the “run”. But you can’t force it. It happens or it doesn’t. Obama is a doesn’t.

This is just more proof that the Democrat Party is no longer a political party; it's now an Obama Cult. The closest historic parallel we have to this Obama Cult is the followers of the James Warren (Jim) Jones Cult who, at the behest of Jim Jones, willingly killed themselves with cyanide laced Kool-Aid, and, of course, both Jim Jones and Obama were “Community Organizers,” and both were/are avowed Marxist Communists with membership in the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). The only difference between the Obama Cult and the Jim Jones Cult, other than the enormous size of the Obama Cult, is that Jim Jones offered his followers poisoned Kool-Aid at the end, and Obama is offering his followers revolution, but the end result is the same: their followers perish.
How about comparing him to Benedict Arnold?

Many don’t realize that the left lives in a bubble. From what I can see, they cannot see how things are, instead they see how they think things should be and act as if those impressions were real. If they had spent five seconds honestly evaluating Obama, he would never have been considered as a presidential candidate. It’s not that they will not, it’s that they cannot think. More than anything else this is what frightens me.
Washington felt that two terms was enough, and stepped down. Thankfully Congress set that tradition in stone after FDR over-stepped it, or obama would have tried to go for a third term, just like his hero FDR.
The Kennedy cult is close, but at least they could say that the swimmer brought federal money to Massachusetts.

Millbank says Obama said he was following in Washington's footsteps. He doesn't compare Obama to Washington.

Millbank does agree with Obama's view of himself more than he does with our view of him.
He does think Obama has a lot of achievements, but the article isn't anywhere near as simplistic as Whitlock makes it out to be.

I believe that Dana is correct in the bastard not getting the credit he deserved. The son of a bitch, aided and abetted by the media and his worshipers and disciples came close to destroying the institutions of the United States of America. As it is, it will take years, if not generations, to undo the damage that the muslim and his cohorts caused. If there was any justice,he would be hanged for treason. Entire armies have not inflicted the damage upon the United States of America than this one bastard has.

The fully delusional left knows no low too low to go. They can’t accept their agenda has been soundly and roundly rejected so they feed this kind of nonsense, they would call it red meat, to their base to keep up their spirits.
I on the other hand want to see their spirits utterly destroyed so they are forced to see their false “deities” are nothing more lying swindlers. Then and only then will they maybe possibly see the truth of the world around them.
I look at leftism much like Islam; both are cults really. In boot camp the idea is to break down old preconceptions then rebuild them as useful and patriotic for the common cause of being an American. In other cult interventions they use similar techniques but it takes a while just like a 2-3 month stint in boot camp does.
