The best answer would be to “repeal and replace” EPA. They are probably beyond reform. And maybe, hand them off to the states. Divide it up and let the states take responsibility for their own environmental protection.

The states have those now: DEP, DNR, DER and they’re as bad as nazis, too.

Most states have their own version of the EPA, and they often do a better job than the Feds.

Ohio has it’s own, the OEPA. I dealt with them on a montly basis. I figured each state had it’s own. Answerable and controlled by the feds though.
