I still have 4 stripped lowers that have only had the lower parts’ kits added, do they still count with the 2 rifles and 3 pistols I bought?...

Went 80% here. I have a nice East German MPiK-74 (AK-74) parts kit that I will be building once the weather gets better.

If you bought them on a 4473, they probably ran a NICS check on you and they count.
