and if you know personally that any election mechanism in any ward in my state, and here in philly, was rigged against DJT then you need to notify the Board of elections to that fact or not. That the rats would contest any election, especially one in which writers from Huffpo are publicly writing about how they checked themselves into psychiatric care on the night of the election, is bloody self-evident.
