I’ve seen Muslim women on college campuses wearing bags and the head scarf (that leaves just the face exposed); if they don’t at least wear that he probably figures they’re fair game. On the other hand, maybe like the 9/11 hijackers they figured any Muslims working in the WTC or Pentagon were part of the problem and deserved to die...

He is talking about Burma, where the Buddhists got tired of Muslims raping and murdering (most recently, 3 young girls), and so they went off on the local Muslims... entirely the Buddhists fault, of course. (And Western Lefties who wrote about it blamed the Buddhists for not acting Buddhist.)
