[The author has been] reporting for weeks now about the D.C.-based “pizza pedophilia” ring that is being exposed based on thousands of “Podesta emails” released by Wikileaks in the past month or two.... reported weeks ago about this “pedo ring” and something called “photo steganography”...[data encrypted in photos]...hidden data could literally just be a few bits of information but it could open up thousands of gigabytes of data in the right website or compressed file. That’s how the users would access the dirty pictures, videos, messages, etc....from a technical angle, this method is very possible, and it makes sense of why the Podesta emails include so many strange photo attachments. Are all those attachments little “Trojan ponies” for sharing images, videos, passwords, payment resources, etc.?

Office To Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons
Haiti is a source, transit, and destination country for men, women, and children subjected to forced labor and sex trafficking. Most of Haiti’s trafficking cases consist of children in domestic servitude. In addition to experiencing forced labor, these children are vulnerable to beatings, sexual assaults, and other abuses by family members in the homes in which they are residing.
Dismissed and runaway children from domestic servitude make up a significant proportion of the large population of children who end up in prostitution or are forced into begging or street crime. Children working in construction, agriculture, fisheries, and street vending are vulnerable to forced labor.
Women and children living in Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps set up as a result of the 2010 earthquake were at an increased risk of sex trafficking and forced labor.
Children in some unscrupulous private and NGO-sponsored residential care centers are at a high risk of being placed in a situation of forced labor.
Haitians without documentation and those from the lowest income backgrounds, especially women and children, are particularly vulnerable. There have also been documented cases of Dominican women in forced prostitution in Haiti.
Haitian children are found in prostitution, domestic servitude, and forced begging primarily in the Dominican Republic. Haitians are also exploited in forced labor primarily in the Dominican Republic, elsewhere in the Caribbean, in South America, and in the United States.
The Government of Haiti does not fully comply with the minimum standards for the elimination of trafficking; however, it is making significant efforts to do so.
Haiti enacted legislation criminalizing human trafficking in 2014. Despite these efforts, the government did not demonstrate evidence of overall increasing efforts to address human trafficking over the previous reporting period; therefore, Haiti is placed on Tier 2 Watch List for a third consecutive year.
Haiti was granted a waiver from an otherwise required downgrade to Tier 3 because its government has a written plan that, if implemented, would constitute making significant efforts to meet the minimum standards for the elimination of trafficking and is devoting sufficient resources to implement that plan.
Haiti has not convicted any perpetrators of human trafficking despite large numbers of identified victims each year. While the government had negligible capacity to provide direct or specialized services to trafficking victims, the government continued to refer victims and at-risk youth to service care centers registered with the government’s social welfare ministry (IBESR) and operated by local NGOs.

During this most recent Haitian hurricane, more than 300 people died and many of those who didn’t saw their homes destroyed. They are running out of food and water. Much of the island does not have electricity. They don’t have the infrastructure to deal with hurricanes even after the last hurricane and the billions the Clintons allegedly collected for Haiti.
A lot of the US govt moneywent to FOBs and a new trove of Wikileaks emails makes that clear.
In 2010, a massive 7.0 earthquake devastated Haiti, killing more than 200,000 people, leveling 100,000 homes, and leaving 1.5 million people destitute. It drew sympathy from around the world and more than 10 billion dollars poured in but, outside of posh hotels and an industrial park, no one knows where the money went.
Bill Clinton established the Haiti Reconstruction Fund. Hillary, as secretary of state, was in charge of US aid to Haiti. They controlled most of the money to Haiti, National Review Online reported.
A number of the US aid contracts to companies for Haiti reconstruction went to Clinton Foundation donors and the contracts were tailored to the companies and over-priced consulting firms. The Haitians noticed and have complained to no avail.
For example, Warren Buffet, an active member of the Clinton Global Initiative, owns Clayton Homes which had a contract for hurricane-proof trailers. What they delivered were unlivable trailers that were unsafe and filled with high levels of formaldehyde.
NRO wrote that the Clintons claimed to have built schools in Haiti, but the New York Times discovered that “built” to the Clintons is a relative term. For example, the newspaper located a school featured in the Clinton Foundation annual report as “built through a Clinton Global Initiative Commitment to Action.” In reality, “The Clinton Foundation’s sole direct contribution to the school was a grant for an Earth Day celebration and tree-building activity.”
In 2011, the Clinton Foundation brokered a deal with Digicel, a cell-phone-service provider that wanted access to the Haitian market. It is owned by a Clinton crony, Dennis O’Brien, who donated extravagantly to The Clinton Foundation.
Digicel, thanks to the Clintons, the Bonnie and Clyde of politics, arranged for them to receive millions in US tax dollars to provide mobile phones which were given free to Haitians.
Digicel did make money off the Haitians though, every time they used the phones to make calls or transfer money. The company had three-quarters of the Haitian market by 2012, shortly before Hillary left office, the Review wrote.
The United States government also paid Digicel $45 million to open a luxurious hotel in Port-au-Prince. It didn’t do much for the poor and it didn’t attract investors.
Even the building of the industrial park was given to Clinton cronies.
Hillary’s brother Hugh Rodham was put on the board of a US mining company VCS though he is a former private detective and prison guard with no experience in the industry, but he promised them a lucrative mining contract in Haiti. He did come through and it was one of two gold mining permits handed out in 50 years. Haitians weren’t happy because these are people who do not share in the interests of the Haitian people.
The Clintons have robbed from the most destitute and enriched themselves. Haitians know and the Haitian community in the United States has been active protesting, demanding to know where the money went, but the Clintons have refused to meet with them.
We now have emails, thanks to Wikileaks, which prove that contracts were stamped FOBs, when they were sent in for approval of government contracts that were under the auspices of then-Secy Hillary Clinton.
