Doesn't matter whether he likes it, or hates it. It just IS.

They will never pass a constitutional amendment abolishing it, so this is a silly argument. Best of luck getting 34 states to agree to abolishing one of the biggest factors granting them power over presidential elections. Good luck getting 2/3 of Senators, claiming to represent those states to sign on as well.

They could flip the house, senate, the presidency, and a majority of state legislatures and STILL not be able to change it.

If it’s true that they don’t count all the votes once a state is declared, that’s not a good thing, count all the votes. Whatever the impact on the popular vote, I don’t really care about that aspect, just count all the votes.

It’s important that everyone would know the actual outcome of the election rather than making assumptions.

Also, it’s just an invitation to voter fraud to have large stacks of uncounted votes, what’s to stop dishonest officials from sending off presumed unwanted opposition votes to that never-counted room?
