But there is another factor: Barry Hussein Soetoro wants money. Lots of it. Just as Hillary and Bill scammed foreign governments, universities, companies, Wall Street, and individual donors out of millions - Barack and Michelle want to do the same.
It is "their" turn to make a fortune.
One problem: the Clinton Foundation is not only under investigation, things are going to get worse under a Trump Administration.
I spoke to an experience lawyer on Saturday. He is very familiar with Washington DC. He said the strategy should be to put all the focus on the Clinton Foundation. Financial crimes can be presented as black and white before a jury. "One, two, three...end of story."
You nail the Clinton Foundation, you nail Hillary, Bill, and their minions.
All of this has to be driving Barack Obama mad.

Colin Powell lamented (in a WikiLeaks e-mail) that the Clintons sucked all of the money out of speaking fees and there was none left for others. That's what they do.
The Obama Foundation will still try to lift money via corruption, but now that Hillary has lost, it will be much more difficult to attract "donors."
Time to cash in.
So rather than after getting elected to office and becoming a lobbyist to cash in, Democrat presidents (notice not Bush) set up “foundations” as a means to cash in. What a scam. Watch how much Google, Apple, and the likes give Obama for a 30 minute speech. What a fraud.

You know that if they don’t go after Bill and Hill the argument will be that you can’t stop Barry and Shelly either—or it will be the racist, selective enforcement of the law.
Trump and his team have to law low on this issue—but absolutely stop with Trump talking about what good people Bill and Hill are and how indebted we are to them for their national service. That IMO is as bad as Barry opining publicly how Hillary committed no crimes re: her emails.
Once upon a time, Presidents retired and lived quietly as statesmen. Presidents like Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan and G. W. Bush. But with the advent of the Clinton Crime Syndicate, democrat ex-presidents look at a way to cash in and sell influence and favors for “foundation contributions.”

Podesta's recent email drop asserts contributions were diverted elsewhere. Monies solicited to "help the poor" have been diverted to finance Bill's globe-trotting, high-end staff salaries, glitzy events, admin costs, is considered mail/electronic fraud.
And each action of wire and mail fraud is a separate count of indictment. Ask Enron.

It gets even worse. It looks like the whole “volunteer Board” of directors have ties to Penny Pritzker, who was Sec of Commerce under Obama and major Obama fundraiser, and was instrumental in pushing TPP. Someone needs to look at TPP to see what kind of “payoffs” there were for these people.
