Actually, Prohibition was a Constitutional amendment ratfied by 3/4 of the states. The states shoved it down their own throats.
Prohibition and the 17th were part and parcel of the same idiocy run amok. They grew out of a global fascination with communism in all its wonderful forms.
The notion that government, wonderful government, could solve everyone’s problems if only it had enough power is the fantasy we have been laboring under that ever since.
Now we begin to reclaim our country for its people and take it away from the governing elite who oppress us.
