The Daily Beast obtained the letter from Elkan Abramowitz, who served formerly as chief of the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Abramowitz agreed with the Clinton campaign, and said what Comey did was “outrageous.”

I just want to remind everyone that the Clinton Administration politicized the Department of Justice when they fired many federal prosecutors in the early 90’s to supplant them with their own hand picked lackeys.
Many had served under both Dems & Repub Presidents.
Clintons only like those prosecutors they control.

Actually Lynch never told Comey not to do this. There is nothing out there that shows her stating that he not do this. So in order for Comey to proceed, she had to have agreed to it
