Any Poll that can be demonstrated as Not being Scientific in Nature, is in reality Engineered Advertising and a Political Advertisement. All Political Advertising is by Definition an In Kind Contribution.
I would think any Competent Lawyer could get an Indictment against the producers and surrogates of these fake polls.
