Seems to indicate State had all the emails all along and didn’t turn them over.

I just saw this email, and was going to point it out. I think it's MUCH worse for them!

State has clearly indicated that they do not have access to those emails. I believe this email assumes that they would turn over all the emails from the server, to State, that THEN only State, or the Hillary campaign will be able to release them.

The emails were deleted off the system just days after this email was sent! They clearly admit to having all 55k emails after they were subpoenaed, and only then, did they delete them. Destruction of evidence, and an email showing who all was aware of it!
