A federal appeals court has ruled that the structure of a U.S. consumer watchdog agency is unconstitutional because it gives too much power to a single agency director.
The ruling issued Tuesday said the way the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is organized violates the Constitutions separation of powers because it limits the presidents ability to remove the director who heads the agency.

In this case, at this point, the Supreme Court isn't even involved. It's a federal appeals court.
Not only would she get 3 to 4 very young liberal progressives on SCOTUS to change the balance 6 to 3 or 7 to 2 voting against the Constitution...but she will get to place hundreds of liberal progressive judges in the lower courts where the vast majority of cases never go past.
A quibble: If I am reading between the lines correctly here, it has been ruled unconstitutional, but there is nothing about it therefore needing to be shut down.
Correct. All they have done is give the next POTUS the right to fire it’s director if he so chooses.
It’s funding mechanisms remain highly suspect.
