Clinton tells of defense of child rapist in unearthed recordings [She felt he was guilty! ]

The recordings, which date from 1983-1987 and have never before been reported, include Clinton’s suggestion that she knew Taylor was guilty at the time.

She says she used a legal technicality to plead her client, who faced 30 years to life in prison, down to a lesser charge.

This is not the worst of Hillary.

When she was a Yale Law School student, she eagerly participated in the defense of the Black Panther murder trial in New Haven. Chief defense counsel was a San Fransicko attorney who was trial counsel to the US Communist Party. The victim was one Alex Rackley, whom the Panthers wrongfully suspected of being a police informant. Bobby Seale presided over the several days' torture of Rackley by burning his flesh with burning cigarettes. Eventually, a half wit named George Sams asked Seale: What do we do with this pig, Chairman Bobby? Seale replied: What do we do with any pig? Sams: Off the pig? Seale: That's right. Next on the illegally obtained tape recording which was inadmissible at trial is Sams firing the fatal shot.

Rackley's corpse was dumped in a swamp in Middletown, 20 miles from New Haven. One corrupted juror, a black postal carrier, made it onto the jury and caused a hung jury. Seale and the juror (in postal uniform) gave a mutual clenched fist salute on the steps of the court house. The case was never retried because the conservative judge stated in open court that he had no hope that an uncorrupted jury could be assembled and he was unwilling to put Connecticut taxpayers to another several million dollar expense in vain. The tape recording and the recorder were destroyed long ago.

This issue has never been pressed because an important conservative judge, then a radical at Yale Law, may also have been involved in the defense. Nonetheless, Hillary did what she did. The habits of a radical lifetime, in her case, seem impossible to break.
