Constitutional eligibility should never be seen as racist, but in today's twisted (D) world, it is.

Chester Arthur, the 21st president had his birthplace and eligibility questioned (back in the day...and still today). The same guy who had many of his personal papers burned (a pdf file) a day before he died.
